Boys to Men

Over dinner on a saturday evening, the best financial planner was asking if my hanyu pinyin name was XIANG JUN. I shook my head and cursed my secondary school RED CROSS mates in my mind for ever coming up with this SHENXIANGJUN nick for me ( for those who have been pondering, this shenxiangjun@hotmail.com email address has nothing got to do with my name. )

I had to convince the best financial planner that my real name was otherwise. Carefully dishing out my NRIC card to him, i found him gaping in disbelief on something else on my NRIC card. Almost intuitively, he told me to create this post, with the intention of sharing his horror findings. I decline to comment, of course.
